This schedule is tentative and is posted to help athletes plan their weekend. A final schedule will be sent out in the athlete packet.
Thursday
4 p.m. - Mandatory volunteer meeting at Blue Ridge HS conference room
4 p.m. - 7 p.m. Tempe packet pick-up at Tempe Town Lake Roadrunner Sports

You must register by Tues, July 23 in order to pick up your bib at Road Runner Sports
Friday
4 p.m. - 10 p.m. Race site packet pick-up & registration at BRHS Gym (will have signs directing you to proper location)
4 p.m - 7:30 PM Kids Run and Glow Run 5K Registration at BRHS Gym
8:00 PM Kids Glow Fun Run - Start line at Blue Ridge High School Track
8:30 PM Glow Run (5k) - Start line at Blue Ridge High School Track
Saturday
Note: All half marathon and 10K participants must ride the bus to the start line. The finish is located at Blue Ridge HS. Visit the race page for a course map.
4:30 a.m. - First shuttle bus begins departing every 10 min.
5:00 a.m. - Last shuttle bus for walking half marathon
5:00 - 7:00 a.m. - 5K registration at Blue Ridge HS by the finish line on the track (no race day half marathon or 10K registration)
5:30 a.m. - Last shuttle bus departs
6:00 a.m. - Walker half marathon start
6:30 a.m. - Runner half marathon start
6:50 a.m. - 10K start
7:10 a.m. - 5K start
8:30 a.m. - 5K awards
9:00 a.m. - 10K awards
9:30 a.m. - Half mar
4:30 a.m. - First shuttle bus begins departing every 10 min.

10:00 am - Barricades removed and Porter Mountain Road reopened
The finish and 5k start line are located on the Blue Ridge High School track near the gyms. Please refer to the map at the end of the packet for more details. Please line up according to your projected finish time with faster runners near the front.
